Gaetano Navarra gained his experience in his family's knitting industry (Headquarters in Bologna), and in later years, decided that with all the knowledge he had and his interest in fashion, to begin creating his own designs. By 1986, his first knitwear collection was in the fashion shows in Bologna, and in 1991, in occasion of the Milano Collezioni event, he aroused he interest of the international press. Navarra combines professionalism of a family business with the latest trends. His contemporary styles are created using modern techniques and bright colours for the self-confident woman.
