Lake Como, Italy has all the ingredients to make for the perfect holiday.

Mount Nava
The walk begins from Rogaro which you can reach from either Griante or Tremezzo. Once you reach Rogaro you will see that there is a path to Mount Nava on your right (if arriving from Griante). This is a hiking trail so you need to be sure that you are wearing the correct footwear as the path is quite rocky and uneven. It is advisable to take a small rucksack with some drinks and snacks, especially in hot weather. The walk itself takes  approximately 1.5 hours to reach Bocchette di Nava (again this depends on your level of fitness and pace). As always the views are spectacular. Once you have finished admiring the view, you can either go back the way you came or you can choose to go onto Pilone, Croce and down towards Menaggio (to the north).  An alternative route is to go to Bolla di Mezzegra, Val Perlana situated above Lenno (in the direction towards Como). For your own safety make sure that you stick to the path whichever route you choose, it should be marked with a red and white sign with a number 2 written in black.
