Dongo is located a little south of Gravedona and infamous in history as being the site of Mussolini’s death. However, do not let this deter you from taking a walk around this picturesque town with its old town centre. There are a few shops and many bars where you can stop for a coffee (or tea) and 'people watch' by the lakeside. This part of the lake is very popular with watersports along with Domaso and Gravedona. |
