If you are planning a trip into Menaggio today, be sure to take a stroll along the lakeside where you will find many market stalls selling a whole variety of goods; plants, jewellery, clothes, shoes, bags, books, sweets and much more.  With the beautiful weather today it is ideal for a wander.  However parking may be  difficult, you will find parking areas on your right-handside just after the tunnel from Griante to Menaggio and aslo a little further along opposite the Menaggio Youth Hostel.  There is also parking towards the end of Menaggio, just after the cemetery (just before the tunnel that takes your through to the village of Nobiallo) and also down near the campsite in Menaggio opposite the Colombo Boat Builders.
