| To date the 'rogito' has been signed for the villa but recent interest shown from a Hollywood actor (believed to be Brad Pitt) put a spanner in the works for the new buyer with a last minute offer.Unfortunately for Mr Pitt, the selling of this property was in the advanced stages and therefore due to italian law on the buying and selling of property in Italy, it was not possible to change these actions.
