Famous villa once owned by Versace to be refurbished
The 35 million pound villa located on Lake Como, Italy which once belonged to the famous italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, is now property of the Russian magnate Arkady Novikov who is planning on adding a luxurious winter garden to the villa. According to the local administration, this addition to the famously known villa will bring more glamour along with more tourists to the village of Moltrasio. The related project for the refurbishment of the complex known as Le Fontanelle was also given full approval.
