Recent downpour causes chaos in Como |
 On Monday 30th November, the local police in Como had to close one of two access roads from Piazza Cavour to Via F. Cairoli due to the recent downpour of rain. The excessive rainfall caused an abundance of water to emerge from the gully covers causing flooding in Como. This caused intensive traffic jams from the centre of Como to the outskirts. Thankfully by late morning the lane was reopened and traffic began moving again albeit slowly! The area is currently under observation by the local police.
