Lake Como, Italy has all the ingredients to make for the perfect holiday.

Bruce Springsteen, “The Boss”, was enjoying a well earned break last week with his wife and three sons staying in the grand hotel Villa D'Este, Cernobbio.

The relaxing family holiday took place after his European tour which began in May (Holland) and ended in Spain last month before returning to his house in New Jersey. Mr Springsteen along with his family and a group of friends took a " Tasell" motorboat across to Isola Comacina to the famous restaurant where he had a delicious supper and a warm welcome from the host Puricelli. Mr Springsteen was happy to take part in the traditional signing of the guestbook.
