Fire Destroys Popular Meeting Point in Ossuccio

Fire-OssuccioA fire has destroyed the lakeside kiosk in Ossuccio.  For years this has been a popular meeting point for both locals and tourists throughout the day as well as in the evenings.

It is estimated that the fire was started a little before dawn causing approximately €50,000 worth of damages.  The owners confirmed to police that besides some protest regarding the music in the evening they have never received any threats.
