Kids Fun

Even though Lake Como caters more for adults than children, you can still find activities for the children. There are always boat trips and also the cable-car (funicular) from Argegno up 1700 ft to the local village of Brunate which costs approximately €4 return takes around 10 minutes each way. There is a nearby viewpoint where you can have some spectacular views of Como and Cernobbio. There are many watersports that the children could try all with tuition from qualified instructors; sailing, windsurfing etc and there are many lidos(swimming pools) some of which have outdoor swimming pools. If you are prepared to go a little further afield for the whole day, why not have a look at our related articles for kids. You should find something there that will amuse everyone.
