| This villa situated in Tremezzo (Lake Como, Italy) was built in 1931-32 from the plans of architect Peter Lingeri, on behalf of the Italian Motonautica Lario Association (Lario Boat Association). This explains the "ship" styled villa located directly on the lake. Although numerous participants took action to transform it into a residential villa, there still had to be an equilibrium between the rational ideas and modernisation of the building to Le Corbusier. |
